JBL Subwoofer in the bottom of A-7s

Hi All, it's been a while, but I remember a very long thread where someone closed off the upper horn and put a JBL 18" sub woofer in the bottom chamber. Does anyone remember that. Also, it seems that there are a lot of threads missing. I only see three pages of threads and 10 years ago there seem to be many many more. Cheers, Dennis.

Good to see you here. Unfortunately, multiple server migrations and crashes have claimed many old threads. This will likely become the "old" thread on said topic.

Funny you should use that exact term. I spent an hour last night looking through my old computers archieve looking to the copy I pulled of that thread - just in case - and had no luck finding it.

I resemble that remark! I swear that over time some files 'disappear' from a HD, especially one just plugged in occasionally to backup files.

The threads are still here I think, but what has happened I think is that the links have been changed slightly during the server migrations and software upgrades.. If you can remember the exact name of the thread it should come up in a forum search.But then again they could have been lost from the frequent server changes. But Who Knows ?
